Last Day for Registration: FHCASA Farming for Profit & Stewardship Conference (January 18-19)

FutureHarvest CASA is a nonprofit organization that works to

promote profitable, environmentally sound and socially acceptable food and farming systems that work to sustain communities.

Each year they host a regional conference that brings together a wide variety of people in the agricultural community to cover topics in various tracks.  This year there are 6 tracks, ranging from Beginning Farmers to Local Food Communities.  Topics will include a myriad of subjects, such as organic farming, mob grazing, energy use, business planning, urban farming, and backyard bees.

There will also be a special pre-conference workshop dedicated to farmers markets covering “Evolution and Innovation” – a reflection on how farmers markets have changed and a rumination on where the future might be brightest.

Register here: FHCASA Registration for Farming for Profit & Stewardship Conference and we hope to see you in Landsdowne next week!
